The project
Katove sells watches, jewelry, bags and other verified pieces across Georgia. Customers can pay in full by bank transfer, or pay a base amount upfront and split the remainder into 12, 24, 36 or 48 equal months with no interest.
We designed the black-and-lime storefront and built the platform behind it: catalogue, accounts, checkout, manual payment verification, installment review, order tracking, a partner programme and the dashboards that run it all.
What we designed and built

The monthly price is always visible
Product cards and pages show what a piece costs today and per month, calculated from the same installment rules the checkout and the admin review use. Prices are stored as integers in tetri so the maths never drifts.

Payments people can verify
Checkout takes a proof-of-payment upload, or income documents for an installment plan. Files go straight from the browser to private storage and are only served through short-lived signed links after a permission check.

One path for every order
A single state machine moves orders from received to payment confirmed, preparing, with the courier, out for delivery and delivered. Each step writes an event and sends the matching email. Customers can track an order with its number and phone.

Dashboards for three kinds of people
Admins get the orders queue, payment and installment review, products with cost, selling and discount prices, and partner approvals. Customers get their orders and plans. Partners get personal links with click and commission tracking.
